Round 1 - Players face other players in a 1v1 contest to get to Round 2. From the 8 games chosen by PG8, each player predicts 'home win', 'away win', or 'draw' for each, obtaining 1 point for each correct prediction. Players win by correctly predicting the results of more games than the other player or go through by either most away wins, most home wins, most draws, or whoever acquired their points first. If still tied then the first player to have submitted their entry proceeds.

Round 2 - Remaining players contest the trophy. From the further 8 games chosen by PG8, each player predicts 'home win', 'away win', or 'draw', for each, obtaining 1 point for each correct prediction. The winner is the player who either has the most points, or wins based on away wins, then home wins, then draws, then whoever acquired the points first and then whoever submitted their entry first.
